Shipping Made Simple: Our Shipment Policy
Order Processing Time:
All orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days. Please note that our products are custom-printed and made to order, so this processing time is necessary to create your unique items. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll notify you if there are any significant delays.
- Order Confirmation Email: You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. This email will contain important details about your purchase, including your order number, a complete list of the items you ordered, and an estimated timeframe for when you can expect your package to arrive. We recommend keeping this email for your reference.
Shipping Methods and Costs:
We offer two shipping options:
- Looking to save some cash? Free Standard Delivery (Yun Express): Delivery typically takes 13-20 business days.
- Need your order in a hurry? Expedited Shipping (DHL Express): Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Shipping costs for this option vary by country and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs Information for International Orders
Please note that you’re responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import charges levied by your country. Unfortunately, we can’t predict these costs as they vary by location.
Where We Deliver:
No Location Restrictions. We Deliver Globally!
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. This number allows you to follow your package’s journey on the carrier’s website.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
- For damaged packages: Contact us immediately with photos or videos as proof. We’ll promptly reship your order with expedited shipping, free of charge.
- For lost packages: Unfortunately, if your package goes missing, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for assistance.
Additional Shipping Information:
- We cannot split an order into multiple shipments to different addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.
- We cannot change the shipping address once an order is processing. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- We do not offer signature-required delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package at your provided address.
- We cannot cancel orders once they have entered our system. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we will try our best to accommodate your cancellation request.
