At GamesBed, we aim to make your shopping experience as fun as gaming. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you through it all

Return Window

You have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to start the return process.

Product Condition

Returned items must be in “like-new” condition. This means they should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

Return Shipping

  • If The Mistake Is On Our Side: If we messed up your order (wrong item, damaged item, printing error), we’ll cover the return shipping cost. Just contact us with photos or videos showing the issue, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
  • Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong size, decided you don’t like the design anymore, or have any other non-quality-related reason for returning an item, you’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges:

Refund Processe: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Need Exchange?: we can’t directly swap items right now,we offer hassle-free returns. Just return your original item and place a new order for what you’d like.

Damaged or Defective Item?

If your product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition, please reach out to us right away with visual proof such as photos or videos. We’ll furnish you with a prepaid return label and offer your choice of either a refund or a replacement item.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. If applicable, send photos or videos of the damaged or defective item.
  4. We’ll provide a return shipping address and further instructions.
