Return Window
You have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to start the return process.
Product Condition
Returned items must be in “like-new” condition. This means they should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
Return Shipping
- If The Mistake Is On Our Side: If we messed up your order (wrong item, damaged item, printing error), we’ll cover the return shipping cost. Just contact us with photos or videos showing the issue, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
- Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong size, decided you don’t like the design anymore, or have any other non-quality-related reason for returning an item, you’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges:
Refund Processe: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Need Exchange?: we can’t directly swap items right now,we offer hassle-free returns. Just return your original item and place a new order for what you’d like.
Damaged or Defective Item?
If your product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition, please reach out to us right away with visual proof such as photos or videos. We’ll furnish you with a prepaid return label and offer your choice of either a refund or a replacement item.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- If applicable, send photos or videos of the damaged or defective item.
